(ex. other relevant details such as nationality, address, photo, and email), etc.
• Purpose of Collection and Use: To evaluate and select qualified personnel for overseas project bids.
• Retention Period: 3 years from the date of application submission, with immediate disposal upon request.
2. Consent for Third-Party Provision of Personal Information
• Recipient: Clients and stakeholders involved in overseas project bids.
• Purpose of Provision: To provide information of candidates meeting minimum requirements for overseas project bids.
• Items Provided: Name, contact information, educational qualifications, project experience, curriculum vitae, and other relevant details.
3. Consent for Overseas Transfer of Personal Information
• Purpose of Overseas Transfer: To provide required information to international clients and stakeholders for bidding on projects.
• Information Transferred: Name, contact information, educational qualifications, project experience, curriculum vitae, and other relevant details.
4. Additional Consent for Specific Projects
In cases where your curriculum vitae is required for a specific overseas project bid, additional consent will be requested.
General Consent on Personal Information Protection
The Company will securely store your personal information on domestic servers and implement technical and administrative protective measures in accordance with legal requirements.
